The pandemic of COVID 19 is bringing up heavy and hard emotions for many of us from worrying about basic needs like food and housing to emotional feelings of anxiety and depression. These are normal feelings in times of uncertainty and change. While we can't physically be together, we want to make sure our community knows we are in it together and will get through it together.
